Change the voicemail greeting of an extension

A Voicemail greeting is the personalized message a caller will get if an extension is unavailable. From here the caller can leave a message for the user to respond to on their return.

Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click Voicemail Tab.
2. On Manage Voicemail Greetings, click Add. (To select voicemail greeting).

1. Browse for location of your voicemail greeting. Select and click Open.

1. Make sure your voicemail has been added.

1. Click OK to apply changes.

3. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
