How to enable access for a specific extension to delete recording

Viewing call recordings can be an important roll of a managers roll on an organization. 3CX lets you grant access specific users to view, download and delete these. 

 

Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Extensions.

 

  1. Select Extension. 
  2. Click Edit. 

 

 

  1. Click Phone provisioning Tab.
  2. In Phone Provisioning Group, Select the right phone (This will display the setting for phone selected).
  3. In Access Group, Select Call Recordings.
  4. Select Allow Deletion of Recording. (This only be enable if Show call recording is enable)
  5. Click OK to apply changes. 

  1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
