How to enable call queue notifications in 3CX

Queue Notifications are an important part of meeting set SLAs. 3CX lets you alert a queue manager if a call doesn’t meet the call flow rules or calls are lost because customers are waiting to long.

 

Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Call Queues

  1. Select Call Queue to update.
  2. Click Edit to update Call Queue.

 

 

 

  1. Click Notification Tab.
  2. Toggle Notify Queue Manager when a Queue call is lost.
  3. Click OK to Apply Changes.

 

  1. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
