FreePBX SIP Trunk Configuration

FreePBX is a web-based open-source PBX that manages Asterisk, a voice-over IP and a telephony server. 


The below guide will help you connect your Aatrox trunk to your FreePBX

1. Select SIP Trunk (chan_pjsip)


Name the SIP Trunk.

Outbound caller ID: This will be on the from your provisioning email. 





2. Select Advanced


Note: the SIP domain will be in your provisioning email.


3. Select, PJSIP Settings


Username: Your SIP username, this will be on your provisioning email

Password: The SIP password, this will be on your provisioning email .

Authentication: Outbound

Registration: Send

SIP Server: The SIP domain will be in your provisioning email.

SIP port: 5060

Context: from-pstn


4. Select Advanced and enter the following


  • From Domain: The SIP Server from your provisioning email.
  • From Username: Your SIP from your provisioning email. 

Outbound dialling.

Outbound calls should be presented in the local ONSN format eg 03xxxxxxxx
