Step 1: Add Aatrox Communication SIP Trunk Details 3CX
From the 3CX Admin Console, select “ Admin Gear (Bottom Left) > Voice & Chat > Add Trunk.
Select Country AU and Select Aatrox Comms
Enter the main number of the SIP Trunk. In the +E164 format (e.g +61423456710). NB: Also make sure you select the (Create Outbound Route) option if you require a new .
Enter Authentication ID & Authentication Password. This will be emailed to you via provisioning email or Sign-up email.
Add any additional DIDs assigned to the trunk. Click on the “DID Numbers” tab and use “Add” to add each DID number associated with this account - EX: +61423456710. You can add an inbound rule for each of the DIDs under “Calling Handling” and route to an alternate destination. Click “SAVE” to save the trunk settings.
Step 2: Configure SMS
Click SMS Tab > Enable SMS > Add API KEY and Provider URL
Step 3: Provide Webhook
After configuring the service, locate the Webhook URL section and click the Copy URL button. Paste the copied URL into your reply to the Aatrox Communication ticket. Once we receive it, we will complete the setup and send you a confirmation.
