This guide give you the steps to order NBN via the App Portal
1. Select your subscriber
2. Create an Order
3. Select the provisioning
4. Complete the fields & hit the tick to proceed submitting the order
**Please note there have been some changes to compliance when transferring a NBN connection and we will require the AVCID and the LOCID before proceeding with the transfer.
5. Submit Order
