Press 'Create Order'
Select the category 'eSims' then 'Activate Mobile (New Number eSim)
Select the plan you wish to assign to the new service, then press the 'review' button. **Please note there are 3 pages of plans
Select the product to enter the details for the order.
Scroll down and press the 'more' button then fill out all required information. **Please note the email address you input will be where you receive the eSim details.
Once you have completed the form, press the tick.
Please agree to the T&Cs and then press place order. It will then prompt you for an activation date please note this should always be the day you are placing the order and not for future dates.
Activation will take about 20 minutes to complete. Please be patient. If you do not receive the notification please feel free to contact us on 03 8397 2990.
