Billing explained


At Aatrox Communications, we believe invoicing should be simple but informative.

 

We bill in advance with calling charges billed in arrears. Our Invoice run is around the third of each month, with payment due 14 days later. Depending on your connection date, you may end up paying a little more, or a little less than your usual monthly payment as a one-off to get your payment in alignment with our billing cycle.

 

Please make sure you check the dates on the invoice as your first invoice may be slightly different with multiple lines due to advanced billing.
