Create a Customer



Your customers are known as subscribers in the portal. Creating a subscriber is very simple, with you just being required to enter the mandatory fields.


It is important to note that getting the phone number and address correctly the first time is important as this is used for the IPND database.


The phone number should be in the local format e.g. 03xxxxxxxx/02xxxxxxxx/04xxxxxxxx/....

Your address must be correct with the State entered in the shortened format e.g. Victoria should be VIC.


Log in to your portal - https://app.aatroxcommunications.com.au/ using your credentials. 

If you forgot your Password, click on 'Forgot Password' if you forgot your login credentials, please contact us on support@aatroxcommunications.com.au 


Once you have your login details enter them and choose 'Login':


Enter the 2FA code received to your e-mail address and click on 'Verify OTP':


In your Dashboard in the Navigation Pane choose 'Customer' - 'Subscribers':


In the Top right area choose 'Create Subscriber':


In the new window add in all required 'info' (Company Name) and all additional info you want to add based on your requirements like:

  • Account Display Name: The name you want your contact in your list
  • Activation Start: From what Day on the contact will become active and charged
  • Account number: His account number on your end
  • External ID: In case you use an external ID towards his end
  • Credit Limit: Define his credit limit here
  • Annual Revenue: Fill out if necessary
  • Industry Type: Choose if necessary



Then 'add new Contact' in the bottom section:


Fill out at least the required fields:

  • Contact Type: Choose from the Dropdown
  • First Name: Enter first name of contact
  • Last Name: Enter last name of contact
  • E-Mail Address: enter the contacts' e-mail address (can be accounts@, .....)
  • User Name: Define the user name of the contact (e.g. Accounts.Company, ....)
  • Contact Phone: Add contact phone of user in 0xxxxxxxxx format (can also be department or main number)


Fill out all additional info if wanted and hit 'Save':


Move to the Address Tab and choose 'Create New Address':


Create the 1. address which would be the Main or Head office:

  • Address 1: Enter house number and street name without Highway/Road/Street/...
  • City: Enter the City/Suburb
  • State: Enter the State in Short code, e.g. Victoria = VIC, New South Wales = NSW, ...
  • Zip Code: Enter the corresponding Zip Code to the Suburb used above
  • Country: Use the correct Country

Additional Information:

  • IPND Address Type: Define here the type of the street entered under Address 1 e.g. Highway/Road/Street/... 
  • IPND Location ID: Leave as is
  • IPND Location Name: Give a name to this specific location


Once all values are entered correct press 'Submit':


Then add additional info  if necessary like:

  • Billing Info
  • Taxation
  • Quote
  • Additional Fields

Once done click 'Create Account' to activate the Subscriber.
