How to enable call forwarding to Mobile on 3CX

Call Diversions allow you to forward your incoming calls to somewhere else when you can't answer them yourself.

You control whether calls go to a landline, another mobile phone, or just to your voicemail - and you can change your diversion options whenever you need to.

 

Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Extensions.

 

  1. Select Extension. 
  2. Click Edit. 

 

 

  1. Setup Call forwarding to mobile for Internal call when the extension status is Available.
  1. Click Forwarding Rules Tab.
  2. Enter number of Second to forward calls if not answer this apply to both Internal and External call. 
  3. Select from the Drop List: Select Forward to mobile (This is for unable to answer the call for specified number of seconds)
  4. Select from the Drop List: Select Forward to mobile (This is for the is busy or unregistered)

 

  1. Setup Call forwarding to mobile for External call when the extension status is Available.
  1. Select from the Drop List: Select Forward to mobile (This is for after Timeout of external calls)
  2. Select from the Drop List: Select Forward to mobile (This is for the is busy or unregistered)
  3. Click OK to apply Changes.

 

Note: 

                Please make sure to add a mobile number specified to the extension.

 

 

  1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
