3CX lets you view the current status of extensions via the management console. This can be useful to see if phones can make and receive calls.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On the PBX status group. Extension Up (This will show you how many extensions currently active against number of extension created)
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
