How to change the default SIP Transport for the softphone in 3CX

Secure SIP protects SIP messages by encrypting them over a TLS (Transport Layer Security) using a security certificate TLS is on by default. Note: this should only be changed if completely necessary.

Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click Phone provisioning Tab.
2. In Phone Provisioning Group, Select the right phone (This will display the setting for phone selected).
3. In Network Group, from the dropdown list select the SIP transport for you setting.
4. Click OK to apply changes. 

3. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
