Notifications are an important part of meeting set SLAs. 3CX lets you alert a queue manager if a call doesn’t meet the call flow rules or if call backs fail.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Call Queues
- Select Call Queue to update.
- Click Edit to update Call Queue.
- Click Notification Tab.
- Toggle Notify Queue Manager when a Callback fails.
- Click OK to Apply Changes.
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
