Adding devices to Yealink USB Connect


After USB Connect has been installed on the PC it will recognize supported devices:

  • USB Headsets
  • Teams hardware
  • Other Yealink USB devices


After the new installation of USB Connect we look at a nearly empty screen:


If USB Connect is not open it can be opened from the taskbar (right-click on the USB Connect Icon & choose 'Show':



If it can't be seen in the taskbar, click on the Windows Icon:


Then scroll in the app list to 'Yealink USB Connect' and click on the icon to open the app.

The Window then will appear.


Adding a Headset/device to USB Connect


To add a supported Headset or supported device to USB connect, simply plug in the USB plug into a free USB port on the computer.


Once the device is plugged in correctly it will be recognized by USB connect:
