3CX offers a Mobile App that allows you to stay connected to your office phone system from anywhere, directly from your smartphone. With the app, you can make and receive calls, manage your voicemail, and collaborate with your team, from anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to internet.
Installing The 3CX Mobile App to iOS or Android
To set up the 3CX Mobile App on your smartphone, follow these steps:
Download the 3CX App:
- For Android users: Visit the Google Play Store.
- For iOS users: Visit the Apple App Store.
- Search for and download the 3CX App.
Locate the QR Code:
- Open the 3CX Webclient on your browser.
- In the top right corner of the Webclient, click the QR Code icon.
Scan the QR Code:
- Open the 3CX App on your mobile device.
- Use the built-in scanner within the app to scan the QR code displayed in your Webclient or PWA App.
Once the QR code is scanned, the app will automatically configure your account. You’re now ready to make and receive calls on your mobile device using the 3CX App.
