3CX not only has the ability to block inbound calls outside of office hours and public holidays but outbound calls as well.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Extensions.
- Select Extension.
- Click Edit.
- Click Options tab.
- Select Block Outbound calls outside of Office Hours. This will block extension do outbound calls outside office hours.
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
