How to block outbound calls outside of office hours

3CX not only has the ability to block inbound calls outside of office hours and public holidays but outbound calls as well.

 

Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Extensions.

  1. Select Extension. 
  2. Click Edit. 

 

 

  1. Click Options tab.
  2. Select Block Outbound calls outside of Office Hours. This will block extension do outbound calls outside office hours.
  3. Click OK to apply changes.

 

  1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
