How to block remote tunnel connections in 3CX

Sometimes companies only want calls to be made locally or through a VPN so they can have full control of the network. Because of this we can disable remote connections from happening per 3cx extension.

Step:

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click Options tab.
2. Select Block Remote Tunnel Connects. This will block extension for Remote Tunnel and SBC Connection.
3. Click OK to apply changes.
