How to change the number of days which 3CX automatically purge the event logs

Event logs are the black box in 3CX. These can provide information on system errors or notifications on potential calling issues.

 Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Dashboard.

 

  1. On Events report at bottom and look for wheel Icon at the right side of Purge and click.

 

  1. Enter the number of days for Automatic event log purge.
  2. Click OK to apply changes

 

 

 

  1. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
