Event logs are the black box in 3CX. These can provide information on system errors or notifications on potential calling issues.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On Events report at bottom and look for wheel Icon at the right side of Purge and click.
- Enter the number of days for Automatic event log purge.
- Click OK to apply changes
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
