The 3CX event logs are a simple black box of errors. They are critical tool to get information and help diagnose issues.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- Look for the Events Button and click.
- Event log will display.
- On the top Right Corner look for Purge Button and click.
- Click OK to Purge event logs.
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
