How to purge the 3CX event logs

The 3CX event logs are a simple black box of errors. They are critical tool to get information and help diagnose issues.


 Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Dashboard.

 

  1. Look for the Events Button and click.

 

  1. Event log will display.

 

 

 

  1. On the top Right Corner look for Purge Button and click.

 

 

  1. Click OK to Purge event logs.

 

  1. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
