How to check what the FQDN is that is registered to the 3CX instance

The 3CX fully qualified domain name (FQDN) is the global address for your unique server. This gives authorized phones no matter where in the world they are the ability to make calls like they were in the office.

 Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Dashboard.

1. On the Information group. FQDN will show you what the FQDN is that is registered to the 3CX instance.

3. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
