How to change the Voicemail pin in 3CX

Voicemail pins can be used by extensions to listen to their individual extension’s voicemail recording.

It’s always good practice to update these every now and then for security.

Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click Voicemail Tab.
2. On Voicemail Group, Enter desired Pin Number. (This will be required to listen to extension Voicemail)
3. Click OK to apply changes.

3. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
