Checking Voicemail in 3CX

Step 1: Checking Voicemail in the 3CX Web Client Settings 


Click on the 3 dot icon in the Web Client Dashboard, then click on "Voicemail" from the drop-down menu. 




Step 2: How to find your Voicemail's Extension Number 


From the 3CX Admin Console, click on the "Admin > System> Voicemail" tab.


You can see your Voicemail Menu Extension Number from here: 



Step 3: Checking Voicemail by Dialing in


 Dial the voicemail's extension number. It will usually be 999 or 9999. 



Type in your pin and press the "#" key.


Pin Number can be found at Admin Console : Admin>Users> Edit User > Choose Voicemail Tab > PIN Number



Step 5: Checking someone else's PIN number 


Dial the voicemail's extension number. 


 

Press the "#" key and dial the individual's extension number. After that enter the individual's PIN number and press the "#" key.
