How to change the first name and last name of an extension in 3CX

Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click General Tab.
2. In User Information Group, Enter First name.
3. In User Information Group, Enter Last name.
4. Click OK to apply changes.

3. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
