How to Enable a 3CX extension

Enabling  an extension is most commonly used when a staff member re-joins an organization, and you want them to continue using 3CX. This guide will show you how to re enable a 3CX extension.




Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Extensions.

  1. Select Extension. 
  2. Click Edit. 

 

 

  1. Click Options tab.
  2. Select Disable Extension. This will allow you to enable the extension
  3. Click OK to apply changes.

 

  1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
