Enabling and Disabling PUSH Notifications from iOS

It is some times necessary for a user to either enable or disable the PUSH notification setting within 3CX.


It may be that a user who has their extension on their mobile device does not want to receive calls on both their physical device and their mobile device at the same time while in the office, or it may be that a user will be going remote and wants to be able to receive calls on their mobile devices while away from their desk.


Thankfully, the process is very simple and takes only 4 steps.

  1. Open the 3CX app on your mobile device.
  2. From the top right corner, tap the status icon to bring up the Call Forwarding menu.
  3. Select the "Available" status
  4. Enable or Disable the option to Accept PUSH notifications and press Apply.
