Ring groups are an automated way to route calls to multiple 3CX extensions. Some things to note:
Ring groups only support "Prioritized hunt" and "Ring All" There is also no advanced routing options if the call reaches its ring limit. For advanced options, you will need to use call queues available in the professional and enterprise versions of 3cx.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Ring Groups
- Click the Ring Group you would like to update.
For Group Members:
- Click Add.
- Select the Extension you would like to add.
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
