How to remove an extension from a ring group within the 3CX Management Console

Ring Groups route calls concurrently to multiple phones via extensions. They are a great tool to fairly distribute calls to a small team.

 Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Ring Groups

1. Click The Ring Group you would like to update.

For Group Members:

1. Select from the List of extension you want to remove on the ring group.
2. Click Delete to remove the selected Extension.
3. Click OK to apply changes.

3. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
