How to start/stop a service in the 3CX management console

Ensuring the 3CX services are running correctly is imperative.

3CX has a quick and easy way of checking the active services as well as restarting a specific service if required.

 

 Step:

  1. Log in to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Dashboard.

 

  1. On the PBX status group. Click Services, and it will show you the list of services running.

 

To Stop Services

 

  1. Click / Select the service that you would like to stop.
  2. Click Stop to stop the services.
  3. Check if the service stop on the status.

 

To Start Services

  1. Click / Select the service that you would like to start.
  2. Click start to start the services.
  3. Check if the service running on the status.

 

  1. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
