Ensuring the 3CX services are running correctly is imperative.
3CX has a quick and easy way of checking the active services as well as restarting a specific service if required.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On the PBX status group. Click Services, and it will show you the list of services running.
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
