Trunks are the pipe that inbound and outbound external calls are passed to 3CX. If you are not able to make of receive calls, checking your trunk is online is the first troubleshooting step you should do.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On the PBX status group. Trunks Up (This will show you how many Trunks currently active against number of Trunks created)
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
