3CX lets you monitor all the current calls live in the management console. This can also be useful to check calls are routing internally correctly and capacity management.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On the PBX status group. Number of calls in use (This will show you how many active call in use)
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
