Basic call handling for everyday use

Call Functions

Placing a Call

Pick up the handpiece. Dial the number Press Send	Press the Speakerphone key, Dial Press Send.	Press the Headset key. Dial Press Send.

Switch modes: During a call, use the Headset or Speakerphone key, or lift the handset.

Mute, Hold & Resume

Mute	Hold	Resume One Call	Resume Multiple Calls
Press the Mute key during a call. Press it again to unmute.	Press the Hold soft key.	Press Resume.	Use the Navigation keys to select the call. Press Resume

Transfer a Call

Blind Transfer	Semi-Attended	Attended
Press Transfer to place the call on hold Enter the number press 'B Transfer' button.	Press Transfer to place the call on hold Enter the number and press Send. Press Transfer when you hear ringing	Press Transfer to place the call on hold Enter the number and press Send. Press Transfer soft key when the second party answers
