How to enable hot-desking for an extension

Hot Desking allows local or SBC connected physical IP Phones to be used by multiple users, one at a time. 

Note: To use Hot Desking a Pro or Enterprise license key is required.

Step:

1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

2. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 

1. Click Extensions.

1. Select Extension. 
2. Click Edit. 

1. Click Options tab.
2. Select Enable Hotdesking. This will allow extension to do hotdesking. Note: This is features only available for Professional and Enterprise License user.  
3. Click OK to apply changes.

1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
