Viewing call recordings can be an important roll of a managers roll on an organization. 3CX lets you grant access specific users to view, download and delete these.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Extensions.
- Select Extension.
- Click Edit.
- Click Phone provisioning Tab.
- In Phone Provisioning Group, Select the right phone (This will display the setting for phone selected).
- In Access Group, Select Call Recordings.
- Select Allow Deletion of Recording. (This only be enable if Show call recording is enable)
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
