Sometimes you may want to restrict extensions from making outbound external calls. This could be due to a PA system or if you have a door entry phone.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Extensions.
- Select Extension.
- Click Edit.
- Click Options tab.
- Select Disable External Calls. This will allow you to disable external call
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
