How to download Call Recordings from 3CX

1. Login into the admin console settings via 3cx web client. (You need to be the correct role to access recordings


2. Click Recordings.


3. Search or download the recording.




You can also find the recordings at the reports section.


1. Admin Settings


2. Reports.


3. Call Logs.


4.  Select call to download


5. Search number
