Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Extensions.
- Select Extension.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Options tab.
- Select Allow users to start and stop recording (By pressing rec on-off button in the clients / IP phone). This will allow users to start and stop recording. Note: Available for Enterprise license
- Click OK to apply changes.
- Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
