How to allow users to stop and start call recording in 3CX

Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter the required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Extensions.

  1. Select Extension. 
  2. Click Edit. 

 

 

  1. Click the Options tab.
  2. Select Allow users to start and stop recording (By pressing rec on-off button in the clients / IP phone). This will allow users to start and stop recording. Note: Available for Enterprise license 
  3. Click OK to apply changes.

 

  1. Logout from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
