How to check how much space is currently being used by 3CX Recordings in the 3CX Management Console

3CX has the ability to record internal and external calls ensuring you have enough storage space on your server is important so calls keep getting recorded.



 Step:

  1. Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.

 

  1. On 3CX Phone System Management Console. 
  1. Click Dashboard.

 

  1. On the PBX status group. Recording (this show you how much space used for recording against to the space provision)

 

 

 

  1. Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
