3CX has the ability to record internal and external calls ensuring you have enough storage space on your server is important so calls keep getting recorded.
Step:
- Login to your 3CX Phone System Management Console and enter required information.
- On 3CX Phone System Management Console.
- Click Dashboard.
- On the PBX status group. Recording (this show you how much space used for recording against to the space provision)
- Exit from 3CX Phone System Management Console.
